If electrical components within the devices are damaged, call 0800 8495123 to speak with a member of our technical staff who may be able to offer a solution over the phone. If not, we can despatch replacements by Next day courier.
If the label is damaged it can be replaced in seconds, leaving the call point looking as good as new.
The room unit transmitters use standard 2 x AA batteries. Under normal conditions they would be expected to last up to 2 years.
