Call Logging
The Medicare call logging program has been designed to be very easy to operate yet provides all the information that you need, enabling you to monitor, record and print reports on all calls and responses.
Each resident/room has its own separate page on the logging system, allowing easy access to specific information. The call logging program provides the operator with: Information from activated call point; Room/Call point identification; Call type; Date and Time; Staff response time; Information from staff attendance; Room/Call point identification; Room visited; Date and time.
In addition to logging all the calls on the Medicare nurse call system, Medicare's software allows for regular room checks to be logged. This can only be done by staff activating the reset button on the resident’s nurse call point ensuring staff visit the room when required.
The Medicare system can also be used to send messages to staff pagers. This can save time trying to find certain staff members. Further, automatic pager messaging can be activated via the call logging program. This facility allows pre set messages such as ‘Mr Smith’s medication’ to be sent to specific pagers at pre set times. Using simple tick boxes the operator can view all calls or just staff visits, emergency calls, frequency of calls from specific rooms, call point battery state and more.
You can print out details of the activity or export to programmes such as excel. For network or remote viewing contact our technical team for more advice.
