Medicare continue to support local and national Charities such as Julia’s House and The Lost Chord.
Julia’s House is Dorset's only hospice dedicated to children with life limiting conditions. The majority of the children they care for are unlikely to live beyond the age of 18 years old. Medicare has raised in the region of £2000.00 for Julia’s House by arranging football matches at Bournemouth Football Ground.
The Lost Chord is a charity that produces more than 1,100 interactive musical sessions a year in more than 100 settings, designed to stimulate responses from dementia sufferers through the media of music, song and dance.
