Nurse Call Servicing

The Medicare nurse call system has been designed as a low maintenance system. 

We offer annual service contracts as well as a 'pay as you need us' service for those who do not want a regular servicing schedule.

Our service contracts include a return to factory facility. As we supply a radio based system it is straightforward to post back any part of the system that is not working for a rapid repair. 

We operate service and repair centres in Nottinghamshire and Dorset. During normal office hours we endeavour to turn around all repairs within 24-hours.  

Access to our 24-hour nurse call engineers hotline is open to all annual service contract customers, and even customers who are out of warranty and do not have a service contract, can contact our service bases during working hours.

In addition to servicing our own nurse call system, we also offer servicing, spares and compatible equipment for care homes that use the Courtney-Thorne and Sycotek range of nurse call systems.
