The nurse call-logging program provides the operator with the following information:
Information from activated call point;
Room / Call point identification
Call type
Date and time
Staff response time
Information from staff attendance
Room / Call point identification
Room visited
Date and time
In addition to logging all the calls on the nurse call system our software allows for regular room checks to be logged. This can only be done by activating the reset button on the residents nurse call point.
The system can also be used to send messages to staff pagers. This can save time trying to find certain staff members.
Each call point has it's own page on the nurse call-logging program. This allows for residents to have their medical details, contact numbers (doctor, dentist next of kin etc) and any other relevant information on their password protected call-logging page.
